1. Scope of Work
Monkybomb Studios specializes in website design and development. Our services include, but are not limited to, designing, coding, and launching custom websites tailored to meet your unique needs.

2. Ownership of Code
During the development process, all code created by Monkybomb Studios remains the sole property of Monkybomb Studios until the project is completed and payment is made in full by the client. Once payment is received, ownership of the code transfers to the client.

3. Payment Terms
We require a 50% deposit upon commencement of the project. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before the launch of the website. Payment terms are non-negotiable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

4. Additional Work
Any additional work requested by the client that was not included in the initial project scope will be quoted separately as an extra. Clients will be notified of any additional costs before work commences. Payment for additional work is due immediately upon request, unless otherwise agreed upon by all parties involved.

5. Project Timelines and Costs
Clients should be aware that any additional work may extend project timelines and incur additional costs. We strive to communicate effectively with our clients to ensure transparency and to keep projects on track.

6. Bug-Free Guarantee
While we make every effort to deliver bug-free websites, it’s important to note that occasional bugs may arise. Rest assured, we are committed to providing ongoing support to address any issues that may arise after the project is completed.

7. Post-Sales Support
Monkybomb Studios is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We are available to assist with any post-sales support inquiries or issues that may arise.

8. Confidentiality
We understand the importance of confidentiality and will treat all client information with the utmost discretion. Any sensitive information shared with us during the course of the project will be kept strictly confidential.

9. Termination of Services
Either party reserves the right to terminate services at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments for work completed will be due immediately.

10. Governing Law
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms of service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
